Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states and to Canada.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order. Orders of $300 or more ship free.
When your order ships
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.
When it arrives
Most orders arrive 5 to 7 business days after they ship. Orders to Canada can take longer.
Tracking
You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, email josephainfante@gmail.com or call (855) 362-5637.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date if it never arrived) with your order number and a photo if there is damage. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address before you place the order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A second shipping charge may apply.
